Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days, from receipt of your item, for any reason and without explanation.

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back to us, and you will also be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging in relation to your return. For extra security, tracking your item is recommended. 

In order to qualify for a return, you must first contact us by phone or email advising us that you wish to return your purchase. I will then advise you of the postal address for return items, and the item must arrive to us within the 14 day time frame advised above.

The returned item (s) must arrive to us in the same condition that you received it in**, ie. folded, unworn, unused, no stains (ie. fake tan, make up, etc), no odour (ie. body, perfume, smoke etc), no pet hair, no alterations, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**If the item being returned does not meet the above conditions, or if we are simply not satisfied with the condition of the returned item, no return or refund will be processed and the item will be posted back to you. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.*

*Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me via phone or email (See contact us section) and I will investigate further.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Earrings

- Gift Sets containing Earrings

- Gift Vouchers

Faulty Items 
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged, so that we can address the issue immediately.***

***Please note the following:

1.     All items are steamed and folded before leaving our premises. Items that become wrinkled during transport are out of our control and in these instances, wrinkles are not considered to be a fault. 

2.     We take our own pictures in natural lighting (where possible) and we do our best to ensure that the images on our website, and on social media, are a 100% true representation of the product.

In some cases however, screen resolution can change the appearance of an item. This is not considered to be a fault.  

Fabrics can sometimes appear a little different in photos, depending on where the light hits the fabric. This is normal and is not considered to be a fault.
